An Akure High Court Thursday ordered that five suspected kidnappers of the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olui Falae, be remanded at Olokuta prison custody.
The suspects that were arraigned amidst tight security were Abubakar Auta, Bello Jannu, Umaru Ibarahim, Masahudu Muhammed and Idris Lawal.
Justice William Rotimi Olamide issued the order for the remand of the suspects.
The suspects were arraigned on five count charge bordering on counselling one another for the purpose of kidnapping and abducting, aiding and abetting, kidnapping, conspiracy and armed robbery.
